It’s hard to admit that something’s over, when it never really began. Something that could have been beautiful. It’s hard to admit that you aren’t right for someone who’s exactly what you were looking for. Once you walk away, there’s no going back. I’m a mess that you don’t want to clean up, and in the time it’s going to take to put myself back together into something only almost right, that perfect girl you deserve is going to come along. I can’t begrudge you that. You barely even know me.
